About the Role
In this position you will work closely with the Account Manager to manage account performance under the TRIOS contract, ensuring client satisfaction while handling maintenance queries, job requests and administrative duties through our internal software and client portals. • Receive inbound calls from customers and address maintenance queries. • Respond to enquiries and new job emails from existing customers. • Record job requirements and priorities accurately in internal software and client portals. • Provide first‑contact resolution for customer issues whenever possible. • Perform Customer Support Centre administrative tasks, including monitoring team inboxes. • Liaise with internal departments and external contractors to obtain job updates and estimated arrival times. • Follow daily, weekly, and monthly team job schedules. • Communicate with contractors to obtain outstanding job updates. • Collaborate with management to meet client and business objectives. • Monitor key performance indicators and follow up as required.

What You Bring
We are looking for a motivated individual with customer service experience to join our team at the Cirencester site as a Contract Coordinator. The role is permanent and involves being the first point of contact for clients, delivering the company’s service expectations and supporting both internal and external departments. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service, call‑centre or retail environments, strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and is proficient with Microsoft Office and other IT systems. They should be organised, able to process data quickly, and demonstrate a flexible, ‘can‑do’ attitude.
