About the Role
The Fabricator examines customer specifications using drawings, work orders, or blueprints to determine material and machine setup requirements. They fabricate work pieces according to the order, retrieve the correct materials, and perform various fabrication duties. After fabrication, they inspect pieces with visual checks and measurement tools, package items for shipping, install protective devices to prevent damage, and follow all safety policies. • Examine specifications and determine material and machine setup requirements. • Fabricate work pieces according to order specifications. • Retrieve correct materials and perform fabrication duties. • Inspect finished pieces using visual checks, tape rules, calipers, or gauges. • Package items for shipping and install protective devices to prevent damage. • Follow company safety policies and procedures. • Cut and bend rebar to ½‑inch tolerances using a machine (non‑welding role).

What You Bring
Candidates typically have 0–2 years of experience and this role does not involve welding. Responsibilities include cutting and bending rebar to ½‑inch tolerances with a machine, operating a forklift, and possessing knowledge of construction and industrial products. The position is on the second shift, 2:00 pm–12:30 am, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday work as needed. • Operate a forklift and apply knowledge of construction and industrial products.
