About the Role
The Organizational Change Manager (OCM) leads integrated change and communications strategies to support transformations across a dispersed sales and marketing organization, shaping the narrative and engagement strategy for capability rollouts throughout the EMEA sales organisation. This role builds understanding, readiness, and momentum by delivering clear messaging, aligning stakeholders, increasing engagement and orchestrating structured enablement experiences. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the manager ensures change initiatives are effectively communicated, understood, adopted, and sustained throughout the organisation, requiring a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex programmes into actionable plans. Acting as a change agent, the manager fosters collaboration, resilience, and a shared sense of purpose within the sales organisation. Responsibilities include developing and executing change and communication strategies aligned with transformation objectives, collaborating with program and project managers to prepare, launch, and sustain change programmes, and partnering with regional leaders to embed change into operational plans. The manager also identifies adoption risks, deploys mitigation tactics, and monitors change adoption, readiness, and impact using data‑driven insights. A comprehensive communication strategy supports the overall strategic plan and employee engagement, ensuring messaging consistency across all channels and stakeholder groups. The manager shapes and delivers clear, compelling, high‑impact content—written, visual, and digital—tailored to diverse audiences, leveraging storytelling to reinforce change narratives and desired behaviours. What You Bring
Enablement experiences such as workshops, training sessions, and digital campaigns are designed and facilitated to build momentum and adoption. The manager leads crisis communication and change management efforts when needed, supports senior leadership in optimising internal communications materials and strategic presentations, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement by surfacing best practices and lessons learned. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in any field, with Business, Communications, or Change Management as a bonus, and proven experience in organisational change management preferably within a B2B sales or commercial environment. Preferred certifications include PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience designing and delivering change communications and enablement programmes, and proficiency in content creation, channel management, and stakeholder engagement are essential. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed organisation, analytical skills to assess change impact, familiarity with digital platforms such as intranet, SharePoint, and Teams, and high resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments. • Hold a bachelor’s degree; proven organisational change management experience in B2B sales. • Preferred PROSCI, ADKAR or equivalent change‑management certification. • Strong communication, stakeholder influence, content creation, and project‑management skills. • Analytical ability to assess impact and adoption; proficiency with intranet, SharePoint, Teams. • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
