At Rosewood Village Hollymead, our Maintenance Team keeps the community safe, comfortable, and welcoming for the residents who call it home. We’re looking for a dependable, hands‑on Full‑Time Maintenance Assistant who enjoys problem‑solving, staying active, and working in a supportive, mission‑driven environment. • Experience in general maintenance, building services, or related trades. • Knowledge of basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC basics). • Ability to lift up to 50 lb and remain active throughout the shift. • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or with a team. • Strong customer service skills and resident‑first mindset. • Senior living or multifamily experience is a plus (not required). • Valid driver’s license preferred.

Benefits
Schedule: Full‑Time, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM with some flexibility for occasional weekends or after‑hours needs.
