About the Role
The Maintenance Technician works on‑site to handle all maintenance and grounds‑keeping tasks under supervisor direction, including daily work orders, preventive maintenance, equipment repair, trash removal, and other necessary duties. • Repair leaking plumbing and restore functionality • Perform painting, drywall, and other corrective repairs • Follow preventive maintenance programs and address safety hazards • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems • Diagnose and repair appliances • Maintain grounds, remove trash, and service equipment • Work full shifts on‑site, be on‑call, and cover evenings, weekends, overtime, and move‑in/out assistance • Lift and move objects up to 50 lb, including bending and stooping throughout the day

What You Bring
• Complete residential and common‑area work orders as needed • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience • Basic understanding of MEP systems and general maintenance methods • Manual dexterity, problem‑solving skills, and ability to use hand and power tools • Certified Pool Operator (or obtain within 3 months) • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation • Ability to work in environmentally and physically challenging conditions while following PPE and safety protocols • Advanced HVAC knowledge (preferred) • Familiarity with tools, common appliances, and devices • Experience with Entrata and Microsoft Office • Background in student housing or multi‑family industry
