About the Role

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automated material handling equipment and robotic systems. • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC issues on conveyors, belts, motors, photo‑eyes, relays, and robotic components. • Maintain and service robotic cells, AutoStore systems, and automated storage/retrieval equipment. • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and robotic programming documentation. • Document all maintenance activities in the CMMS and track inventory of supplies and parts. • Promote safety by following OEM guidelines, OSHA procedures, and using proper PPE. • Work 12‑hour shifts, lift up to 49 lb, and operate in confined spaces, varying temperatures, and noisy environments.

What You Bring

This position works 12‑hour shifts in an automated warehouse with exposure to moving machinery, varying temperatures, noise, vibration, and confined spaces. It requires lifting up to 49 lb, repetitive physical movements, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. • Required: High school diploma, 1 year PC competency, basic electrical/mechanical knowledge, manual dexterity, attention to detail. • Preferred: Associate degree or certifications in mechatronics/robotics, PLC programming (Allen‑Bradley/Siemens), 2+ years experience with conveyor and robotic systems, CMMS familiarity, lean/RCM knowledge.
