About the Role
In this six‑month fixed‑term position, you will support various disciplines by managing open requisitions, screening candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and facilitating interview days, with a strong focus on customer service and communication, especially for high‑volume recruitment in the Middle East engineering and O&M sectors. • Source key talent and build a proactive candidate pipeline. • Conduct initial applicant screenings and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates. • Maintain and update requisitions through to completion, ensuring data integrity. • Create and review offer letters in collaboration with recruiters and business stakeholders. • Support candidates through post‑offer processes to ensure a positive onboarding experience. • Develop and nurture positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Produce regular reports and track recruitment metrics.

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field, along with 1‑3 years of recruiting experience, familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workday or CRM, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
