About the Role

The role involves creating and revising DFR deliverables such as reliability goal setting, reliability predictions, Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), accelerated life testing, Reliability Demonstration Test (RDT), reliability growth analysis, and FRACAS for new product introductions (NPIs), VAVE projects, and existing product improvements. These activities ensure that reliability targets are defined and met throughout the product lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and the global reliability engineering organization to embed reliability considerations into NPI programs and product upgrades. Under senior supervision, you will identify, manage, and mitigate reliability risks. Project milestones will be planned, executed, and reviewed while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. You will also support on-the-job development through technical mentoring of junior engineers. In addition to reliability analyses, you will monitor warranty data, perform forecasting and reporting, and develop an actuarial models library for e-Mobility components. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is required. • Create and revise DFR deliverables (reliability goals, predictions, FMEA, accelerated life tests, RDT, growth analysis, FRACAS) for NPIs, VAVE projects, and product improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional and global reliability teams to embed reliability in designs. • Identify, manage, and mitigate reliability risks under senior supervision. • Plan, execute, and review project milestones; communicate with stakeholders. • Provide technical mentoring and on-the-job development for team members. • Monitor warranty data, forecast trends, and generate reliability reports. • Develop actuarial models library for e-Mobility components. • Apply reliability statistics, FMEA, FTA, 8-D, FRACAS, and life-modeling to field/warranty data.
