About the Role

• Repair and replace ADA operators, manual/swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, hollow metal, storefront, and automatic folding, swing, sliding doors. • Service various door equipment and control devices; perform preventative maintenance. • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under time constraints. • Provide excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring

The current opening is for an Automatic Door Service Technician. The role focuses on servicing automatic doors, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance of a wide range of door types and hardware. AAADM certification is preferred, and candidates must be able to work with both manual and automated systems. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience installing or servicing automatic doors, strong mechanical and carpentry skills, and a clean driving record. They should be able to manage multiple projects, work well under pressure, and thrive both independently and within a team. A positive, professional attitude and attention to detail are essential, and familiarity with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is advantageous. • Use carpentry skills for partition framing with metal/wood studs and install doors and windows. • Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working independently or in a team. • Exhibit strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and adherence to processes. • Hold at least 2 years’ experience as an automatic door installer or service technician; AAADM certification preferred. • Possess a clean driving record for company vehicle operation. • Experience with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is a plus.
