About the Role

The Senior Project Engineer (Civil Execution) is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure execution aligns with the project plan. In this role you will monitor progress against the master schedule, oversee site work to ensure it matches drawings and specifications, and provide timely reminders to contractors about schedule delays. You will also review contractors’ work statements, maintain site documentation, anticipate bottlenecks, and produce critical activity reports for the client. Additional responsibilities include advising contractors on productivity improvements, monitoring procurement of materials, equipment and labour, administering contracts, supporting QA/QC and safety teams, and escalating any abnormal developments to the project manager. You will also manage risk, implement system requirements throughout construction, negotiate change orders, and ensure the construction and safety management plans are fully executed. • Monitor progress against master schedule and ensure site work aligns with drawings and specifications. • Provide timely reminders to contractors about schedule delays and flag imminent bottlenecks. • Review and approve contractors’ work statements/methodologies and verify compliance on site. • Maintain all site‑work documentation for assigned items of work. • Prepare and submit critical and super‑critical activity reports to the client. • Advise contractors on resource productivity improvements using work‑study techniques. • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and labour, recommending corrective actions. • Administer contracts and assist in resolving disputes during the contract term. • Support QA/QC lead to ensure civil and structural quality parameters are met. • Assist safety team with job safety analysis and enforce safety standards on site. • Escalate abnormal developments in progress, safety, quality, or resources to the project manager. • Liaise continuously with the accountable Project Manager regarding specifications. • Monitor construction milestones, schedule, and budget, driving actions to reduce non‑conformance costs. • Propose cost‑saving solutions and negotiate contractor change orders. • Manage the project’s risk management process. • Implement system requirements in installation and test plans from construction through final takeover. • Ensure full implementation of the project construction and safety management plan.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in PEB structures and industrial projects; experience in FMCG or bottling is advantageous. Strong technical awareness of civil, electromechanical and architectural works, excellent organizational, detail-oriented, communication and interpersonal skills are required. • Hold a B.E. in Civil Engineering with 8–10 years of experience in PEB structures and industrial projects. • Experience in FMCG or bottling projects is a plus. • Technical knowledge of civil, electromechanical, and architectural works. • Strong organizational, motivational, detail‑oriented, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
