About the Role

In this role you will handle pricing, identify catalog numbers and descriptions, verify quantities, and process customer orders. You will attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggest additional items, and conduct sales both at the counter and over the phone. You will also provide product application guidance, service maintenance advice, and sell related services and programs while resolving any product or service issues. • Process pricing, catalog identification, quantity verification, and order entry. • Answer product and service inquiries, drive incremental sales, and recommend additional offerings. • Conduct sales and support at the counter and via phone, advising on product use and maintenance. • Sell services, programs, and products while resolving customer issues and ensuring follow‑up.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate can work full‑time Monday through Friday with flexible hours as needed, and bilingual proficiency is preferred. Required experience includes reading schematics to determine needed parts, prior customer‑facing work in a retail or service environment, and a high degree of integrity, reliability, and independence. Strong customer service and sales skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), are essential. • Work full‑time Monday‑Friday with flexible hours; bilingual ability preferred. • Read schematics and determine parts for tool repairs; previous retail/service experience required. • Demonstrate integrity, accountability, reliability, and ability to work independently. • Provide superior customer service and salesmanship; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
