About the Role
• Represent developers during interior fit‑out works for tenants • Approve and comment on tenant fit‑out drawings • Monitor client fit‑out works to ensure compliance with building codes • Standardize and document fit‑out manuals across the office portfolio • Liaise with tenants, consultants and building operations teams • Coordinate site visits for prospective tenants • Provide technical support to the leasing team for RFPs

What You Bring
The position is based on‑site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with a 40‑hour weekly schedule. You will work on interior fit‑out projects for tenants, coordinating stakeholder communication, site visits and technical support for leasing proposals. Candidates with 1‑2 years of professional design experience, a B.Arch degree and proficiency in design software are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every criterion.
