About the Role
Parsons is looking for a talented Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role you will provide management and technical support to the M&S Integration and Engineering Director within the Missile Defense Agency’s Modeling and Simulation Systems Integration and Engineering Directorate. You will work on integration and engineering activities for missile defense systems, including HWIL and cloud testing. You will prepare, author, and review briefings for the M&S System Integration Director and team leads, and maintain persistent records of the integration team’s work for reporting products such as annual and monthly summaries, performance reports, and dashboards. You will manage internal task assignments, use value stream management processes to report performance, and support risk‑control assessments for the RMIC mission. Additionally, you will plan and execute M&S efforts for missile defense system integration, represent the M&S team in engineering meetings, and produce meeting notes and actionable plans. • Author and review briefings for M&S leadership and team leads. • Maintain and report integration team records via annual, monthly, and performance dashboards. • Manage internal task assignments and use value stream management for performance reporting. • Support RMIC mission risk‑control assessments and performance recognition submissions. • Plan and execute M&S integration activities for HWIL and cloud testing of missile defense systems. • Represent the M&S team in engineering meetings, TIMs, and working groups, providing meeting notes and actionable plans.

What You Bring
The position requires a master’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 20+ years, an active DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office. Desired qualifications include an active Top‑Secret clearance, experience with the MDA or similar DoD programs, familiarity with JIRA, and knowledge of Power BI or other dashboard tools. • Hold a MS/MA (12+ years) or BS/BA (20+ years) with an active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship. • Desired: Active Top‑Secret clearance, MDA experience, JIRA proficiency, and Power BI knowledge.
