About the Role

• Lead BIM and digital technology initiatives across projects from concept to post‑occupancy. • Collaborate with project managers to define deliverables, digital opportunities, staffing needs and technology goals. • Establish and support Project BIM Leads, develop BIM Execution Plans, and ensure use of current Revit templates and families. • Oversee model setup, location data, and monitor adherence to BIM standards throughout design. • Provide quality control for drawings and create project‑specific BIM content and advanced modeling as needed. • Serve as primary in‑office contact for BIM platform support, workflow maintenance and compliance with AECOM standards. • Conduct training, lunch‑and‑learn sessions and mentor staff on digital tools; represent the firm with clients and consultants. • Participate in industry events, Autodesk University, and internal BIM/Digital Leadership Team to disseminate best practices. • Automate BIM routines using Dynamo and support software installation, upgrades and budgeting.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field and have at least six years of relevant experience; eight or more years, strong Microsoft Office, Project and Power BI skills, and proven leadership in complex BIM projects are preferred. The role demands detail‑orientation, strong communication, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, and an interest in integrating AI into A/E services. • Minimum: Bachelor’s in Architecture/Engineering plus 6 years experience; preferred 8+ years, strong Revit, Microsoft Office, Project, Power BI skills. • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and ability to manage complex BIM projects for new builds or major renovations. • Detail‑oriented, organized, able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. • Interest or experience integrating AI into A/E services is a plus.
