About the Role
• Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning dishes, sweeping, and removing trash. • Provide clean, dry cooking utensils and store them correctly for F&B operations. • Ensure safe chemical storage and maintain concentration logs. • Set up china, glassware, and silverware for all outlets daily. • Collaborate with team members and attend department briefings. • Complete opening and closing procedures as instructed. • Support departmental objectives and goals. • Monitor inventory through regular checks. • Handle and maintain all equipment properly. • Clean floors and walls in kitchen and dishwashing areas per standard procedures. • Keep equipment clean and in good working order. • Wash, sort, stack, and store cleaned items safely and organized. • Report maintenance or hazard issues to the Executive Chef. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. • Follow all company policies and procedures. • Comply with government safety, health, and security standards. • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; long hours may be required. • Meet physical demands, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lb for over eight hours.

What You Bring
• Have at least three months experience in a high‑end restaurant, resort, or private club. • Hold a culinary degree/certification or relevant on‑the‑job experience. • Demonstrate a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills. • Work effectively in a team environment. • Stay calm and focused during busy periods. • Communicate fluently in English; additional languages are a plus.
