About the Role
In this role you will maintain and repair the trucks and equipment that serve millions of customers across the United States, working with both diesel and growing CNG fleets and applying modern tools and procedures to ensure reliable service. • Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a variety of vehicles and equipment. • Estimate time and material costs for repairs and new parts. • Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs). • Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns. • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and complete required paperwork documenting parts usage and repair times. • Assist senior mechanics with project work and address driver vehicle inspection report repairs. • Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards.

What You Bring
We look for team players who thrive both independently and collaboratively, enjoy varied daily challenges, and bring a determined, problem‑solving attitude to the shop. • Minimum 2 years relevant experience and a valid driver’s license. • Must be 18 years or older, legally eligible to work in the United States, and able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical. • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, crouch, climb, stand, walk, and grasp; exposure to cuts, burns, chemicals, noise, and varying weather conditions.
