About the Role

The Sales Manager II generates maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted Volume Per Guest. This position assists with supervising the In‑House and Action Line by coaching, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer‑service practices, behaviors, and results. The manager leads all customer‑service issues that require experienced and rapid resolution.
