About the Role
The Service Delivery Manager will be based at the Mariyung Maintenance Facility in Kangy Angy, reporting to the In‑field Maintenance Manager. The position operates on a rotating roster of 12‑hour shifts within a 38‑hour work week and is responsible for leading the mobile maintenance teams and overseeing activities at the Mariyung Stabling Yards and on‑track train maintenance. • Lead safety, quality and environmental management ensuring compliance with policies, laws and standards • Direct and supervise mobile maintenance teams, enforcing rostered schedules, work instructions and safety requirements • Ensure train availability and reliability by monitoring performance and adhering to the scheduled train plan • Manage or support investigations of safety, quality, unavailability incidents and train faults • Accurately raise and close notifications and service orders in the Asset Information System • Review KPIs against performance targets and implement changes for contract variations, non‑conformities, budget adjustments or customer requirements

What You Bring
• Extensive management/supervisory experience in rail, automotive, military, defence, avionics or other safety‑critical environments • Strong oral and written communication, negotiation and influencing skills with ability to build effective relationships at all levels • Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities to present information for decision‑making • Exceptional organisational and planning skills with capacity to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
