About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for effectively implementing the leasing and marketing program, promoting the positive image of the apartment community, and assisting management with resident programs and retention. Day‑to‑day duties include touring prospective residents, processing lease applications, preparing lease documents, planning and attending resident events, collecting and securing rental payments, conducting campaign research and reporting, and maintaining a closing ratio that meets property expectations. • Implement leasing and marketing programs to promote community image. • Tour prospective residents, process applications, and prepare lease agreements. • Organize and attend resident events and functions. • Collect and secure rental payments. • Conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention initiatives. • Maintain a closing ratio meeting property expectations. • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, have a can‑do attitude, think creatively, and possess customer service or sales experience, a valid driver’s license, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and at least a high school diploma or equivalent. • Hold a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills. • Meet the education requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent.
