About the Role

In this role you will conduct daily safety audits, resolve safety hazards, support 5S initiatives, and document both internal and external quality issues. You will monitor line takt times, manage production schedules, plan for absences, and ensure staffing levels meet productivity goals while maintaining team morale. • Perform daily safety audits and address immediate hazards. • Lead problem‑solving activities to eliminate safety and quality issues. • Support 5S actions and maintain a clean, organized work environment. • Document internal and external quality concerns and escalate as needed. • Monitor line pace to ensure takt times are met and adjust production flow. • Review daily schedules, sequence work, and plan for staff absences. • Track team morale, communicate changes, and foster a collaborative culture. • Participate in rapid daily problem‑solving and improvement events. • Assist in interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new team members. • Develop cross‑training plans to expand skill sets across the line. • Conduct performance evaluations and coach staff on KPI metrics. • Maintain confidentiality of business and product information. • Apply Lean principles and continuous‑improvement methodologies.

Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $78,000 annually, based on education, experience and certifications.
