About the Role

This 100% travel position involves supporting the maintenance and operation of generators, HVAC systems, and telecommunication site infrastructures. Technicians work with minimal supervision, read customer detail plans, and deliver superior customer service while ensuring tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and accurately. They must adhere to OSHA and other industry standards, prepare field sketches using AutoCAD, and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Additional duties include conducting due diligence before fieldwork, reviewing peer work products, and handling other assigned tasks. • Support maintenance and operation of generators, HVAC, and telecom site infrastructures • Deliver superior customer service while performing jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately • Follow OSHA and other company/industry regulations • Create field sketches using AutoCAD and read structural/architectural drawings • Perform due diligence on multiple projects before fieldwork • Review peer work products and handle additional assigned duties • Maintain a strong safety focus and high‑quality workmanship • Operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platforms

What You Bring

Ideal candidates are safety‑focused with at least two years of general construction experience, and cell‑tower industry experience is highly preferred. They should possess strong problem‑solving abilities, a hands‑on approach, and the capacity to lead crews, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel extensively are required, along with the ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipment. Physical stamina to lift 50 lb, work up to 12 hours, and handle extreme weather or weekend/night shifts is also essential. • Work independently with minimal supervision and interpret customer detail plans • Possess at least 2 years general construction experience; cell‑tower experience preferred • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record and be willing to travel extensively • Meet physical requirements: lift 50 lb, work up to 12 hours, and handle extreme weather or weekend/night shifts
