What You Bring
NV5 Geospatial is recruiting a Knowledge Manager to support research question tracking, metadata governance, data discoverability, and report dissemination. The role is based onsite at US Army Garrison Miami/US Southern Command. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and pass a basic background check. • Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Science, Computer Science, or related field, or 5 years equivalent experience in knowledge management. • Experience with metadata management frameworks, knowledge graph integration, and structured data cataloging aligned with DoD/IC tradecraft standards. • Strong analytical and organizational skills for structuring research inquiries, tagging, classification, and integrating research products into dashboards. • Expertise in Databricks Unity Catalog, OpenLineage, Esri metadata APIs, and data governance best practices. • Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks. • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), DAMA Certified Data Governance Professional (DGSP), or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate. • Portuguese or Spanish language skills. • Experience with government IT programs and environments. • Active TS/SCI clearance required; U.S. citizenship needed for security clearance.
