About the Role
The Associate Director, Transactions Management, Work Dynamics will join the team that manages the real‑estate portfolio of a leading BFSI GCC client across India and APAC. The role engages internal and external stakeholders to manage risk, drive strategies and transactions for the assigned region. The focus is on developing and implementing strategies for the client’s real‑estate footprint while delivering seamless transactions with quality, timeliness and risk mitigation. Effective planning and control are provided for all aspects of portfolio optimisation and landlord conflict resolution. Extensive coordination with JLL’s various teams and the client’s groups is required, leveraging JLL India’s three platforms and the broader JLL network to meet client requirements. Collaboration ensures unified delivery across the larger JLL platform. Key duties include understanding space demands and market trends, reviewing the existing portfolio region‑by‑region, and preparing integrated strategies and business cases. The incumbent secures executive approvals and continuously manages the portfolio, including landlord relationships and market updates. The role also facilitates research, analytics and competitor intelligence, highlights benchmarking data that could affect the client’s risk profile, and uses location‑strategy initiatives to guide service delivery teams. • Manage the real‑estate portfolio for a BFSI GCC client across India and APAC, driving risk mitigation and transaction strategies. • Develop and implement regional space‑demand and market‑trend strategies, creating portfolio plans for each geography. • Prepare integrated portfolio strategies, business cases and secure executive approvals. • Lead and support transaction execution, coordinating stakeholder management with landlords and internal teams. • Provide market updates, benchmarking and competitor intelligence to inform client decisions. • Coordinate with JLL India’s platforms and cross‑functional teams to deliver client requirements. • Leverage technology and automation to enhance portfolio performance and reporting. • Build deep client relationships and proactively resolve operational and strategic issues.

What You Bring
Successful candidates are analytical, proactive, meticulous and comfortable using technology and automation to improve portfolio performance.
