What You Bring
Apprentices work under experienced leadmen, gaining hands‑on experience in residential electrical installation while maintaining clean work sites and adhering to strict safety standards. Candidates do not need formal education and may have up to two years of experience; familiarity with electrical codes and blueprint interpretation is beneficial. The role values teamwork, a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and bilingual ability in English and Spanish. The position demands physical stamina for lifting, climbing ladders and working in attics, crawl spaces and outdoor conditions. A valid license is required to perform the duties. • Electrical experience preferred • Basic knowledge of NEC and blueprints a plus • Team player with strong work ethic • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus • Lift and carry up to 50 lb • Work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
