About the Role

• Develop, monitor and update the owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). • Establish schedule management program and deliverables for large‑scale capital programs. • Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisor to provide guidance and recommendations. • Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for project team approval. • Conduct resource loading and leveling of the schedule. • Consolidate contractors' schedules into the IMS. • Assess impacts on critical path and near‑critical activities and report to the project team. • Monitor schedule deviations and variances; assist in developing corrective actions. • Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology to measure project progress. • Review schedules regularly with project team members to ensure accurate, timely data. • Prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis periodically. • Maintain records of scope changes, trends and variances affecting schedule performance. • Assure credibility of information contained in the schedule. • Maintain liaison with clients and consultants throughout all project stages. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to support scheduling as a project‑controls function on a large‑scale project. The role requires a proven track record of delivering construction project‑control services and will involve developing and maintaining the owners’ Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The Senior Scheduler will establish schedule management programs, interface with stakeholders, and ensure the credibility of schedule information. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field. • 5–7 years of relevant experience. • Experience working in complex matrix environments. • Expertise in Primavera P6. • Excellent communication skills.
