About the Role

Autodesk is looking for a strategic, user‑centric Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and execution of seller‑productivity capabilities across its global sales organization. The role partners with Sales, RevOps, Engineering, and UX to streamline workflows and improve tooling so sellers can devote more time to customer engagement and revenue‑generating activities. • Define product strategy and roadmap for seller productivity initiatives. • Conduct discovery with sellers and leaders to identify workflow friction and unmet needs. • Translate insights into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics. • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sales Ops, RevOps, and Enablement to deliver scalable solutions. • Drive implementation, prioritization, and delivery across agile teams. • Measure product impact, iterate based on performance, and champion continuous improvement. • Ensure alignment and adoption across the global sales ecosystem through regular interlocks and stakeholder management. • Lead through uncertainty by anticipating risks and guiding the team toward the defined vision. • Data‑driven decision making: define problems, measure impact, and make decisions.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with internal tools or enterprise sales systems. • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, especially Salesforce. • Deep expertise in enterprise sales processes such as account, opportunity, planning, and enablement. • Excellent communication skills, able to convey ideas simply and persuasively to diverse audiences. • Proven track record of delivering cross‑functional product initiatives from concept to launch. • Preferred: experience in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise sales environments. • Preferred: experience with distributed teams, user research, workflow optimization, or design thinking.
