About the Role

• Document, review, and administer medications per physician orders • Ensure timely medication administration and order resident meds appropriately • Communicate with physicians and medical professionals about resident medications, treatments, and therapies • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care • Respond to resident emergency call system • Maintain CPR, First Aid, state‑specific Med Tech certifications, and state Board of Nursing licensure if applicable

What You Bring

Spring Arbor of Wilson is seeking qualified Medication Technicians to manage the medication administration program in compliance with state regulations. Med Techs direct Resident Assistants, coordinate resident services under the Resident Care Director, and build positive relationships with team members, families, and residents. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and demonstrate a genuine concern for and strong interest in working with seniors. • High school diploma or equivalent (required) • Some college coursework and/or LPN license (preferred) • Minimum age 21 (unless prior approval from Regional Director) • Prior management experience in a similar environment (preferred) • CNA certification preferred (may be required in some states)
