About the Role

The incumbent will develop and govern global service offerings for Network Control, collaborate with regional units to capture customer demand and market trends, and define the Global Service Strategy as part of the Service Core Team. Candidates must hold an engineering or related university degree and have at least five years of experience with SCADA systems and utility customers. The role requires the ability to lead through influence, define strategy and build roadmaps, and a strong business mindset that blends technical knowledge with commercial thinking. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus, and travel of approximately 20 % is expected. • Hold an engineering or related university degree. • Minimum of 5 years' experience with SCADA systems and utility customers. • Demonstrate strategic planning, roadmap creation and influence‑based leadership. • Possess a strong business mindset, combining technical expertise with commercial acumen. • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. • Willingness to travel up to 20 % of the time. • Ability to request reasonable accommodations if needed.
