About the Role
The Investment Sales Advisory Analyst focuses exclusively on selling commercial‑real‑estate assets. Analysts engage in every phase of a transaction—from underwriting, market research, and property tours to drafting offering memoranda, negotiating term sheets, and closing—while operating in a high‑energy, team‑oriented environment. • Prepare investment sales advisory packages, conduct market research, and draft executive summaries. • Develop complex financial models to underwrite commercial real‑estate transactions using JLL data and comps. • Lead due‑diligence, marketing, and closing activities while coordinating with producers, markets, and clients. • Analyze leases, loan documents, and appraisals to flag issues and propose financing alternatives. • Build and maintain a professional network through industry events and trade organization participation. • Attend weekly meetings to review deal flow, market trends, and new client leads.

What You Bring
This on‑site Philadelphia role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities, and it is open only to candidates already authorized to work in the United States. • Require 1–3 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in mortgage or commercial real‑estate. • Possess strong quantitative, analytical, writing, and communication skills; capable of independent and collaborative work. • Hold a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word; Argus or database experience is a plus.
