About the Role
The role involves safely operating a heavy‑duty truck on transfer routes while adhering to OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal regulations. Drivers must conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, maintain a clean and safe vehicle, and complete all required documentation at the end of each route. • Operate a heavy‑duty truck safely on assigned transfer routes, complying with OSHA, DOT, and all regulatory requirements. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections using the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) and report any issues. • Immediately report unsafe situations, incidents, accidents, or property damage to the Operations Manager or Dispatch. • Communicate customer requests, blocked containers, and missed pick‑ups to Dispatch or Operations Manager. • Dump containers, clean the site, and position containers properly to avoid blocking driveways or traffic. • Complete and submit customer tickets for excess yardage and finalize route documentation at the end of the day. • Participate in scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required by management. • Collaborate with Operations Managers to improve route efficiency and identify unsafe accounts.

What You Bring
A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) B is required, with a minimum age of 18, and applicants must pass a DOT drug screen, physical examination, background check, and have an acceptable driving record. No prior experience or education is required, as training will be provided. • Hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) B and be at least 18 years old. • Pass pre‑employment DOT drug screening, physical exam, background check, and maintain an acceptable driving record.

The position is located at 1580 E Elwood St., Phoenix, AZ, offering a pay rate of $28.50 per hour for a full‑time schedule Tuesday through Saturday, beginning at 3:00 AM. Candidates with at least one year of CDL driving and labor experience are highly preferred.
