Job Highlights
About the Role
• Provide strategic oversight of the GC’s site delivery for Zone 1, ensuring alignment with project objectives, safety, quality, and schedule. • Monitor construction supervision, track progress, resolve issues, and manage interfaces. • Oversee installation of suspended lower‑tier seating, including in‑situ concrete, precast raker beams, and seating modules. • Manage construction of utilities corridors beneath seating modules. • Supervise installation of precast vomitory walls for lower‑tier pitch access. • Ensure delivery of the 12 m high reinforced concrete retaining wall separating lower and mid/upper tier bowls. • Coordinate installation of seating and pitch‑separation precast upstand walls. • Oversee bowl and pitch cooling systems and associated plenums.

What You Bring
