About the Role

In this role you will partner closely with the factory business team to ensure IT systems operate efficiently and reliably for day‑to‑day manufacturing. You will monitor and coordinate with support organizations, work directly with business stakeholders, and deliver digital and technology solutions that address operational challenges and improve factory performance. You will lead operational integration of digital tools, manage digital programs and projects, and maintain the application portfolio using LeanIX while overseeing system lifecycle upgrades. Responsibilities also include supervising IT infrastructure, acting as the primary contact for Severity‑1 incidents, monitoring vendor SLAs, and managing DT financials and reporting to ensure timely delivery and measurable impact. • Lead operational integration of digital solutions to support productivity, quality, and safety. • Partner with site leaders and global DT teams to embed digital tools and develop business cases. • Manage digital programs and projects, aligning them with site objectives and global priorities. • Oversee application portfolio using LeanIX and coordinate system lifecycle upgrades. • Supervise IT infrastructure, including network, Active Directory, SharePoint, and shop‑floor equipment. • Act as primary point of contact for Severity‑1 incidents, coordinating escalation and documentation. • Monitor vendor SLAs, financials, and DT budget to ensure timely delivery and measurable impact.

What You Bring

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least seven years of IT experience in a factory environment (or ten years with a high‑school diploma) and three years of experience managing cross‑functional IT projects. Preferred qualifications include experience with global partners, project‑management tools such as Asana and JIRA, ERP systems like JDE or SAP, and knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow, and agile methodologies. • Require Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years IT experience (or 10+ years with high school) and 3+ years managing cross‑functional IT projects. • Preferred: experience with global partners, project tools (Asana, JIRA), ERP systems (JDE, SAP), and ITIL/ServiceNow.
