About the Role

The dispatch coordinator will schedule and dispatch delivery trucks to satisfy customer demand, maintain communication with drivers and clients to ensure timely and accurate service, and continuously monitor routes, making adjustments to improve performance. A commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer service is required, and the role can be performed both independently and within a team; bilingual ability is preferred.
