About the Role
This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll not only provide direction to others but also actively participate in cleaning operations. You will support the Cleaning Manager in overseeing tasks, managing a team, and ensuring the venue is spotless, safe, and professionally presented. Through facilities management of critical public assets, precinct upgrades, new energy solutions and professional advisory, we operate healthcare and education sites, custodial facilities, data centres and critical systems. We also manage asset‑management risk through a portfolio of Public‑Private Partnership contracts and act as a trusted advisor to the New Zealand and Australian Defence Forces. • Lead and actively participate in cleaning operations. • Support the Cleaning Manager with task oversight and team management. • Ensure venues are spotless, safe, and professionally presented. • Contribute to planning, creating, and sustaining integrated services for public assets. • Collaborate with customers to design, build, and maintain infrastructure and facilities. • Manage facilities such as healthcare, education sites, data centres, and critical systems. • Serve as a trusted advisor to New Zealand and Australian Defence Forces.
