About the Role
• Perform complex engineering tasks accurately and efficiently • Extract engineering information from CAD drawings • Prepare calculations, material takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs • Produce drawings, specifications, and procurement/construction documents • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and departments • Prepare detailed equipment and material requisitions • Review supplier submittals and conduct technical bid analyses • Issue specifications, data sheets, and construction documents • Provide technical guidance to CAD designers, drafters, and junior engineers • Apply professional engineer seal/signature to ensure code compliance • Advise senior management on engineering matters

What You Bring
The company is seeking a highly talented Electrical Engineer to join a new Project Management Office (PMO) working on major highway and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves complex engineering work within a multi‑discipline environment, supporting procurement and construction activities. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering • Bring 15+ years of relevant engineering experience • Experience reviewing third‑party designs and coordinating approvals • Ability to work effectively in multi‑discipline team environments • Proactive approach to support overall PMO efficiency • Previous experience working in a PMO • Primarily design experience with some construction exposure • Chartered (or equivalent) status with a recognized engineering body • Experience managing large tasks or projects
