About the Role
• Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components. • Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success. • Perform analysis and simulations to optimize designs. • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Provide technical support to team members. • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. • Examine customer‑supplied documents to develop effective solutions. • Conduct thorough order reviews for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. • Coordinate with plant engineering teams for smoother project execution. • Coordinate and support production issues for timely delivery.

What You Bring
We are looking for a talented and passionate internal electrical engineer to join our Central Engineering team, focusing on power systems. The role involves aiding in the engineering of customized low voltage and medium voltage equipment, and the ideal candidate is well‑versed in low voltage or medium voltage ETO equipment. • Be outgoing, energetic, strategic, and creative. • Strong knowledge of electrical concepts for Schneider Electric’s ETO equipment. • Strong knowledge of Schneider engineering tools (order editor, PM, Creo, ACE, ACE Test, etc.). • Advanced technical experience within the ETO product portfolio. • Willingness to travel at least 25% domestically and internationally. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred). • 4–5 years of mechanical engineering experience. • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo). • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Project management experience (a plus). • Professional Engineer (PE) license (desirable).
