About the Role

Associate Photographers capture media for Homes.com and Apartments.com using a Matterport Pro 3, digital camera equipment, and an iPad. They serve a designated territory, collaborate with clients, sales associates, logistics, and a remote photography manager, and ensure high‑quality virtual tours and photographs for residential listings. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans for Homes.com and Apartments.com. • Photograph residential properties for marketing purposes. • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments. • Scout one‑mile‑square grids for commercial real‑estate data coverage. • Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment usage. • Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times. • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

What You Bring

The role requires long periods of driving, standing, and walking—up to eight hours a day—and the ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to five pounds. Repetitive hand motions, occasional bending, stooping, and the capability to work in all weather conditions and on rotating weekends are also required. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management. • Minimum two years of professional experience, including real‑estate photography. • Background as a professional photographer or recent photography degree. • FAA Part 107 certified drone photographer (license within 30 days of offer). • Strong time‑management, detail‑orientation, and accurate data entry. • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. • Proficient with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred. • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
