About the Role

In the role of Senior Interior Designer you will be responsible for design in all phases of a project, demonstrating master‑level knowledge of the interior design process from programming through construction administration. You will also lead interior design teams on projects of any size or complexity, delegating and supervising the work of others while maintaining professional communication, presentation, and client‑management skills. • Lead interior design across all project phases, from programming to construction administration. • Supervise and delegate work for interior design teams on projects of any size or complexity. • Communicate, present, and manage client relationships while documenting design concepts for stakeholders. • Leverage Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp/Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to produce presentation and documentation materials.

What You Bring

The position requires a consistently positive, collaborative attitude, even under challenging circumstances, and the ability to clearly document and present design concepts to all project stakeholders and industry peers. Leveraging technology is critical; you must produce presentation materials and associated documentation without always having direct design support, especially in smaller offices. A strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp or Rhino, the Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is required. Preferred qualifications include LEED AP and WELL AP credentials. Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, a minimum of ten years of experience in a relevant design‑firm environment, NCIDQ certification, and an interior design license in the applicable state or province. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture and at least ten years of relevant experience. • Possess NCIDQ certification and, where applicable, an interior design license. • Preferred: LEED AP and WELL AP credentials.
