About the Role
• Lead and oversee large or multiple plumbing job sites, including manpower planning, scheduling, and logistics • Drive quality control, code compliance, and consistent communication between field teams, project management, and leadership • Proactively identify and resolve jobsite challenges to keep projects on schedule and within budget • Mentor foremen and crews while setting the tone for safety, professionalism, and craftsmanship

What You Bring
• Current Montana Journeyman Plumber license (required) • 8+ years of plumbing experience, with superintendent‑level leadership strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems, codes, and best practices • Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and make sound field decisions
