What You Bring
The role requires a Master’s degree or equivalent in Construction Engineering and Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field, plus three years of construction industry experience. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with five years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience is acceptable, and the employer will also consider experience gained before, during, or after a Master’s program. Candidates must have at least 24 months of experience in each of the following areas: interpreting project plans, specifications and details; reviewing and managing change orders; performing cost control and financial management; using tools such as BIM360 Field, Procore, Revit, Oracle EBS, Textura, and Primavera P6; and working on mission‑critical projects like data centers, healthcare facilities, or higher education. Benefits
The salary range is $149,531 to $170,300 per year, with base pay positioned within the range based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
