What You Bring
Candidates must be a registered architect (NCARB certification preferred) with a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture and at least ten years of experience producing construction documentation on projects valued between $30 million and $150 million. A strong understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and low‑voltage systems, as well as architectural detailing, is required. DoD experience is preferred, along with proficiency in Revit and familiarity with Unified Facilities Criteria and building codes. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and travel of approximately 20‑30% may be required. RQC, LLC is an equal‑opportunity employer. The approximate salary range for this role is $100,000 to $150,000 per year, with a hybrid work schedule (Monday‑Wednesday in the office and optional remote work Thursday‑Friday).
