About the Role

• Lead multidisciplinary design and construction documentation for DoD military projects valued $30‑$150 M. • Coordinate with fire protection, civil, landscape, structural, interior, MEP, electrical, and telecom teams. • Serve as primary client liaison and technical leader throughout project lifecycle. • Ensure compliance with Unified Facilities Criteria, building codes, and low‑voltage standards. • Produce Revit models and construction drawings; utilize Bluebeam, SpecsIntact, Adobe suite, and Microsoft Office.

What You Bring

Candidates must be a registered architect (NCARB certification preferred) with a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture and at least ten years of experience producing construction documentation on projects valued between $30 million and $150 million. A strong understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and low‑voltage systems, as well as architectural detailing, is required. DoD experience is preferred, along with proficiency in Revit and familiarity with Unified Facilities Criteria and building codes. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and travel of approximately 20‑30% may be required. RQC, LLC is an equal‑opportunity employer.
