About the Role

The role involves dealing with delivery drivers, freight companies and internal customers, loading and unloading deliveries, assisting with the goods‑in process, picking and labeling parts, investigating shortages, communicating with team members, handling paperwork, participating in stock counts and continuous improvement programmes, and performing other reasonable duties as required. • Deal with delivery drivers, freight companies and other internal customers within the Terex facility. • Load and unload deliveries ensuring relevant paperwork is signed or attached to the goods. • Assist with the Goods‑In process, including booking parts into stock, labelling parts and putting parts away in their correct location. • Pick and label the correct parts, ensuring they are packed and secured on appropriate stillages or pallets. • Investigate any shortages of parts and liaise with the Spares Teamleader, Parts Accounts Supervisors and other relevant personnel. • Liaise and communicate with team members and Spares Office personnel to ensure customer orders and delivery dates are met. • Carry out all relevant paperwork/computer work related to the role and maintain reports/systems in a timely manner. • Participate in stock counts and coordinate necessary transactions to keep the stock system up‑to‑date. • Participate in continuous improvement programmes including 5S and housekeeping activities. • Create an inclusive environment where every team member feels safe, supported, and valued. • Provide innovative solutions, engage people, and operate sustainably to make a positive impact. • Help team members reach their full potential.

What You Bring

The successful candidate should have experience in a fast‑moving stores or dispatch environment, a minimum of GCSE level education or equivalent, IT literacy with Microsoft products, excellent communication skills, and a 3‑ton forklift licence is desirable. • Experience working within a fast‑moving stores or dispatch environment. • Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard or equivalent. • IT literate (Microsoft range of products). • Excellent communication skills. • A 3‑ton forklift truck licence is desirable.
