About the Role
The Production Leader will oversee daily operations of a manufacturing team, ensuring that production processes run efficiently, products meet quality standards, and safety protocols are strictly followed. This role requires coordinating tasks, resources, and team members to achieve production targets. The position involves maintaining accurate inventory levels, generating performance reports, and communicating production status and challenges to management. • Lead and mentor a production team, assigning tasks and guiding performance. • Allocate labor, equipment, and materials to support the production plan. • Monitor and enforce quality control processes, investigating issues promptly. • Conduct safety training, audits, and recommend improvements. • Identify and implement process optimizations to boost efficiency. • Maintain accurate raw material and finished goods inventory levels. • Generate regular productivity, quality, and efficiency performance reports. • Communicate production status and challenges to management.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, with three years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred, and be eligible for a 608 universal refrigerant certification. Key competencies include strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, safety regulations, effective communication, problem‑solving, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and production management software. The work environment demands regular lifting of up to 50 lb, standing, bending, and exposure to varying temperatures, loud noise, dust, chemicals, and forklift traffic; personal protective equipment is required, and the role is safety‑sensitive, subject to drug and alcohol testing. • Possess a high school diploma or GED; three years of manufacturing experience preferred. • Obtain and maintain a 608 universal refrigerant certification. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of production, quality, and safety regulations. • Exhibit excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software. • Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in environments with extreme temperatures, noise, dust, and chemical exposure.
