The role leads maintenance strategy for large mobile mining equipment across multiple sites, emphasizing reliability and the integration of autonomous hauling technology. • Oversee maintenance and reliability programs for large mobile mining equipment across multiple sites. • Serve as subject matter expert for autonomous hauling system (AHS) operations and technology integration. • Implement best practices for equipment safety, compliance, and performance. • Collaborate with site teams to optimize fleet utilization and reduce downtime. • Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost‑effective procurement of parts and services. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment lifecycle management.
