About the Role
• Manage construction of greenfield, PEB and RCC industrial/warehouse projects. • Review contractor resource deployment and coordinate daily with contractors, consultants, and client. • Conduct stage‑wise inspections, material checks and issue clearances for subsequent activities. • Ensure adherence to the Project Quality Plan with zero site accidents and monitor delivery issues. • Prepare and track snag lists to facilitate de‑snagging. • Oversee handover documentation and transfer completed buildings to the facilities‑management team.

What You Bring
The role requires experience in construction management of greenfield projects, PEB structure buildings, RCC buildings and the delivery of industrial/warehouse facilities. Key duties include reviewing contractor resource deployment, daily coordination with contractors, consultants and the client, stage‑wise inspection of works and materials, and ensuring clearance for subsequent activities. The candidate will be responsible for overall construction management in line with the Project Quality Plan, maintaining zero accidents, monitoring key issues, preparing and tracking snag lists, and coordinating handover documentation to transfer the completed building to the facilities‑management team. Candidates should hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred) and possess 8–10 years of relevant experience, ideally having served as an Assistant Manager on large greenfield logistics park or industrial projects from construction through handover. Required personal attributes include a proactive attitude, strong team spirit, good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under critical conditions. • Hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 8–10 years of relevant experience. • Experience as Assistant Manager on large logistics park or industrial projects from construction to handover. • Demonstrate proactive attitude, teamwork, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
