About the Role

The West Region marketing team seeks a dynamic Senior Marketing Coordinator to drive proposal development for growth in Hawaii across power, solid waste, and industrial markets. The role involves creating persuasive proposals, interview materials, and client plans that expand market reach and revenue. • Lead development, layout, and production of proposals and marketing materials using templates and brand standards. • Collaborate with marketing coordinators, project managers, technical staff, business development leads, and pursuit teams. • Write, edit, and proofread non‑technical content for clarity and persuasiveness. • Create interview presentation materials and coach interview teams. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and develop capture strategies and graphics. • Manage and update data in company systems (pursuit information, project profiles, resumes, references, media, proposals). • Coordinate conference attendance and sponsorship opportunities. • Support business development and client development planning. • Train and mentor team members on business development and marketing best practices.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is forward‑thinking, comfortable on multidisciplinary and virtual teams, and capable of leading and facilitating discussions. Strong writing skills, visual organization, obsessive attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines are essential. A passion for continuous learning and process improvement rounds out the profile. • Minimum 2 years relevant industry experience; 4+ years leading A/E/C proposals preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign. • Excellent written and verbal communication; self‑starter with strong attention to detail. • Ability to work in multidisciplinary, virtual teams and lead discussions.
