About the Role
The Account Manager, Environmental – Oil & Gas will be responsible for expanding our client portfolio and delivering integrated services across regions. Success in this role requires strategic relationship building, coordinated team leadership and a focus on delivering value that meets revenue targets. • Drive account growth by building, maintaining, and managing strategic client relationships across geographies. • Develop and execute account plans aligned with business strategies to identify new integrated service opportunities. • Lead and coordinate diverse, multi‑regional teams to deliver exceptional client service and meet revenue targets. • Serve as the primary interface with clients to ensure alignment, clear communication, and consistent value delivery.

What You Bring
We seek candidates with experience in oil and gas client account management, strong business development capabilities, and a proven track record in environmental contaminated land assessment and remediation. Ideal applicants can navigate ambiguity, influence decision makers, negotiate contracts and apply commercial acumen to drive profitable growth. • Demonstrated experience as an oil & gas client account manager. • Proven ability to build and sustain multi‑level client relationships and influence decision makers. • Strong business development skills, including consultative selling and strategic account planning. • Capability to lead through ambiguity, collaborate across diverse teams, and resolve conflicts effectively. • Commercial acumen in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and driving profitable growth. • Experience in environmental contaminated land assessment and remediation projects. • Ability to swap public holidays for more suitable dates.
