About the Role

• Identify and coordinate development of ground test TO Memo objectives based on DCC test and assessment needs. • Allocate and develop assessment requirements (ACS, CACs, KTPs) and related documents for C2BMC and BOA capabilities. • Design and review scenario/test cases, including SDR packages and KTP allocations, for each ground test campaign. • Present requirement charts at DCC IETTs and track test schedules, change requests, and execution impacts. • Review and develop deliverables for ground test requirements, status reports, and weekly charts. • Interface with BCE‑Requirements and DCCE organizations to track MDS, BES, and ICD development. • Maintain an active Secret security clearance. • Collaborate effectively with government, prime contractor, and sub‑contractor personnel in a badge‑less contractor setting.

What You Bring

The organization is seeking a talented C3BM Senior Systems Analyst to join its Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering team. In this role, the analyst will contribute to C2BMC technical engineering, integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multinational exchange designs, supporting both enterprise and program‑level capabilities. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience. • Demonstrate proficiency in systems engineering, execution processes, and network engineering for test integration. • Exhibit strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). • Self‑starter with the ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment. • Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, or C3BM program work is a plus.
