About the Role
You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions. Daily reports will be reviewed and actions taken to ensure accuracy and efficiency, while customer orders are processed with precision and speed. Collaboration with Sales, Agencies, and Operations will ensure seamless service, and you will maintain a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism with quick turnaround times. Additionally, you will identify process‑improvement opportunities, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with accuracy. • Serve as primary contact for customers via phone and email, delivering timely solutions. • Review daily reports and take corrective actions to ensure accuracy. • Process customer orders quickly and accurately. • Collaborate with Sales, Agencies, and Operations to provide seamless service. • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and service levels. • Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines with accuracy.

What You Bring
We seek candidates with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least two years of customer service or related experience. Strong problem‑solving abilities and sound business decision‑making are essential, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP and knowledge of Delta Faucet products are a plus, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while balancing multiple tasks with accuracy and urgency is required. • Maintain high responsiveness and professionalism with quick turnaround times. • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. • Minimum two years of customer service or related experience. • Strong problem‑solving skills and sound business decision‑making. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience and knowledge of Delta Faucet products a plus. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment handling multiple tasks.
