What You Bring
The Electrical Engineering Co‑op Program is a structured experiential learning experience within nVent’s Electrical Connections Business. Students rotate through product engineering, product development, manufacturing, labs and compliance, and digital media development, applying academic knowledge to real‑world projects while being evaluated for potential full‑time hiring. Candidates must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in engineering, preferably electrical, with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and be enrolled full‑time or part‑time at an accredited institution. They must be able to complete a full‑time co‑op in Solon, OH, provide their own transportation, and be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions. • Innovative and adaptable • Respectful and team‑oriented
